Finally in New York, she completed a Jazz Masters Degree at Queens College under the supervision of Michael Mossman (Dizzy Gillespie, Horace Silver and Art Blakey) and became the opening act of Leo Dan’s US Tour (Grammy winner!). Playing her own featured show in legendary venues such as the B.B. King Blues Club and New York’s famous Blue Note, when she set foot on the stage for her first time, Yael recognized that she had made the right choice. And despite the initial fear of performing in front of thousands, once she found herself on stage, she was convinced “This is what I was born to do!”
Today, through her music, Yael wants to inspire her audiences to find the courage to listen to their hearts, find their true calling in life and pursue their dreams as she has done. The accolades for her talents continue to follow her in every city, at every performance. ZaZa is a multitalented artist that manages to capture the audience’s attention with her voice and charisma.
